In the event of any billing dispute, SISTexpert shall attempt to resolve or settle the billing dispute with any third party, including credit/debit card company, bank, etc., within seven working days. In case, SISTexpert receives a chargeback on behalf of its customers from the credit/debit companies or the bank, it has the right to pass those charges on to the customers along with the associated fees incurred by SISTexpert. Irrespective of the outcome of the chargeback, SISTexpert reserves the right to collect any fees that are due. The disputed amount shall be submitted by SISTexpert to the respective collection agency. SISTexpert holds the right to suspend the account until the matter pertaining to the billing dispute gets resolved.
We maintain a 7 days refund policy for all SEO packages. For claiming your refund, you are required to send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org , mentioning the details of the concern/complaints. The refund request shall be processed within 7 working days.
Service fees related to the Online Marketing Services, Web Development Services, App Development Services, and others are non-refundable. However, each request shall be thoroughly assessed by SISTexpert before deciding on issuing or denying the refund request.
